You will have to pay for secure traceable delivery of the unit to our service centre
Return postage is included in the cost all warranty and non warranty repairs
Please note prices quoted for all non warranty are a guide price subject to inspection by a engineer

How to get your player/s repaired:

Ensure your Next Base player is UK Warranty
Ensure the repair is classed as a Warranty or Non-warranty repair
Print out and fill in this form
Write on the form any extra information we need to know and return to us for authorization number
Bubblewrap the Part/s and a copy of the form, with the authorization number clear labeled on outer box.
Send to our service centre via courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
