Price match

Many Internet suppliers claim to offer “lowest” prices and obviously that sounds attractive. However, in order to offer these low prices, they have to keep their costs to a minimum and this can mean a low level of customer service if any at all.

Unlike many Internet companies, CMCTECH also has a “bricks & mortar” presence as well as phone lines enabling you to get prompt assistance, a printed catalogue and attendance at shows to pay for. All these things cost money and, as a result, we may not be the absolutely cheapest supplier on the ‘net.

We believe that our pricing is fair and reasonable and many of our customers appreciate that the lowest price doesn’t necessarily mean the best value. However, if you want to buy something from us but find that someone else is selling it cheaper, please feel free to let us know: we can probably match the price or even beat it.

2. Authorized dealer of the product
3. The product is in stock
4. Delivery and all other terms are the same

We cannot price match against on-line auction sites or “Buy it now” offers.
